train, eat, and keep each other honest.
strevel logs your workouts, food and weight in one place, and shares the progress with the friends who keep you showing up.
one app
everything you track, in one place.
lifting, eating and weighing in, logged in seconds and adding up to the same goal.
workouts
log sets as you lift, with last session's numbers right beside each one. build routines and start them in a tap.
exercise profiles
same lift, different gym? track the cable row at home and at the rec center separately, with setup notes for each.
food diary
search a catalog built on usda data, scan a barcode, or save your own foods. every meal rolls up into calories and macros.
targets that keep up
tell it your stats and goal once. your calorie and macro targets are worked out for you, and adjust as your weigh-ins come in.
weight trend
log a weigh-in in a couple of seconds and watch the trend, not the day-to-day noise.
streaks
a meal, a workout or a weigh-in: every day you log something keeps the streak going.
better with friends
show up for each other.
finished workouts and meals become posts for your friends to see, and theirs show up for you.
your feed
- posts make themselves. finish a workout or log a meal and it's shared. no extra steps.
- add a photo and a caption when you want to, or don't.
- likes and comments from the people who know what that pr took.
- notifications for friend requests, likes, comments and friends' workouts.
you decide who sees what
- friends or only me, set separately for workouts, food and weight. weight starts private.
- every friend request needs your approval. there's no public profile full of posts.
- block or report anyone, from their profile or any post.
- delete your account any time, right in the app, and everything goes with it.
faq
questions, answered.
how much does strevel cost?
strevel is free to download and use.
is it on android?
not yet. strevel is iphone only for now.
why do i need to sign in?
your account is what backs up your log, syncs it to a new phone, and lets friends find you. you sign in with apple: we never see your apple id password, and we don't ask apple for your name or email.
does it work without a connection?
yes. everything saves on your phone first, so logging a set in a basement gym works fine. it syncs to your account once you're back online.
who can see what i log?
only friends you've accepted, and only what you've set to friends. each of workouts, food and weight has its own setting, and any single post can be switched to only me.
how do i delete my account?
in the app, go to settings → account → delete account. your account and everything in it are deleted. see the privacy policy for details.
start with today.
log one meal, one workout, or one weigh-in.
